Contact form
Data submitted via the contact form (company, name, email address, optional phone number, message) is processed to handle your enquiry and stored in a database operated by us within the EU. For spam and abuse protection we additionally store a cryptographic hash of your IP address. Data is not passed on to third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent), which you may withdraw at any time with effect for the future. Enquiries are deleted once they have been fully processed and no statutory retention periods apply (usually after 24 months at the latest). To process your enquiry we also send a notification to ourselves and a confirmation to you via an email delivery service we use.
Contact by phone, email and WhatsApp
If you contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we process your details solely to handle your request. With WhatsApp, processing additionally takes place through WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. under their privacy terms; please only use this channel if you agree to this.
Remote support
Remote sessions only take place with your explicit approval and via the encrypted connections of the respective vendors (Microsoft Quick Assist, TeamViewer, AnyDesk). You obtain the software directly from the vendor; their own privacy notices apply to their data processing. You can end the session at any time.
Hosting and server logs
This website runs on infrastructure with servers located within the EU. When the site is accessed, technically necessary access data (e.g. IP address, time, page requested, browser type) is processed to ensure secure and stable operation. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Fonts and cookies
All fonts are served locally from our own server. No connection is made to Google Fonts or other external providers. We do not use tracking or marketing cookies and no analytics tools.
Your rights
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR).
